M8 Sidewinder Pro is an Expert Advisor developed by the Halcyon FX Forex Company.

A little background information about Halcyon Forex – it was founded in 2006 and since then has been developing Expert Advisors. It's automated trading systems have helped hundreds of traders realizes literally millions of dollars on the Forex market. They are known to deliver steady and reliable Expert Advisor that are a product of long research and a great development team. All this together makes them a world leader in the Forex Automated market today.

M8 Sidewinder pro comes with an 11 page PDF manual with a well documented installation to help you start working with the M8 Sidewinder Pro Expert Advisor and start taking advantage of the potential profit on the Forex market.

M8 Sidewinder pro comes with 6 independent modules. You can choose to trade between 6 different pairs. For each pair there is a different module and each module has it own money management system.

How does it work?

This Expert Advisor analyzes the recent highs and lows in several high resolution time frames and enters the market upon the predetermined breakout of such levels.

The formula is very effective in riding trends and as such this system is most successful with pairs that regularly display larger daily ranges such as the GBP/JPY. With correctly calibrated settings it is effective on most well known pairs.

There is a built in Level 2 Alert Mode which should bring the Expert Advisor out of a draw down. When it detects a certain number of losses the Expert Advisor behaves completely different and Take Profit levels are replaced with trailing stop losses that helps you to change your account drawdown and lift it back up.

The only downside is that M8 Sidewinder pro did not release its own set of back tests stating that they want to "protect their source code and methods" – we found that to be very odd. So… We went ahead and did that for you. When back testing the product we found a ratio of over 90%. This merited the Expert Advisor a live account test.

We tried it here and had a 85% win ratio over 6 weeks of trades – we think that this Expert Advisor is made for you Forex traders who are more reasonable and know that in Forex there is no such thing as quick money.

Halcyon Forex is a well known company with great customer support adding to the quality of it's top notch software.

The real downside to this company and it's Expert Advisors is that they have a "no refund policy". This is why we have chosen not to put them on our Top (10) Expert Advisor list. If they ever do decide to change the refund policy we will put this Expert Advisor back to the Top Expert Advisor list.
